Each piece of jewelry is gold-plated with 1 micron fine gold or 10 micron silver-plated with varnish, ensuring good resistance and durability. You can keep them on in the shower, but seawater, pool water, and chemical products (shampoos, shower gel, hand sanitizer) should be avoided.
