€200per employee, exempt from contributions
The 2026 URSSAF cap
A gift offered by the CSE (Social and Economic Committee) is exempt from social security contributions up to 5% of the monthly social security ceiling, which will be €200 in 2026.
This ceiling is assessed per beneficiary and per event, provided that the gift is related to one of the recognized events: Christmas, back-to-school, marriage or civil partnership, birth, retirement, Mother's and Father's Day, Sainte-Catherine, Saint-Nicolas. Events can therefore be cumulative over the year.
Three conditions must be met: a recognized event, a use related to that event, and an employee directly concerned.

The recoverable VAT threshold
For business gifts, VAT is only recoverable if the value of the gift remains less than or equal to €73 including tax per recipient per year, packaging included.
Above this amount, VAT is no longer deductible on the entire gift. The gift must also remain proportionate to the business relationship.

Everything you need to know before ordering
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Prices become progressively lower starting from 11 items. The custom box in your company's colors is available starting from 100 units.
How many pieces do you need to customize the box?
The box in your company's colors, with logo, colors, or message, is available starting from 100 units. Below this volume, the jewelry is presented in the FAUNA gift box.
What are the preparation times?
For standard orders, FAUNA prepares and ships within 5 business days. A series with a custom box or card requires approximately 15 additional production days, after BAT approval.
What if my employees don't all want the same animal?
Three options are available: one animal for the whole team, one animal per person from a list you provide, or a choice left to each recipient via a code. Details can be found higher up on this page.
Can we mix several pieces of jewelry and animals?
Yes, the simulator allows you to combine cord bracelets, chain bracelets, and necklaces in the same order.
How does delivery work?
Delivery tailored to your organization
Your order can be delivered directly to your headquarters, distributed across multiple sites, or sent individually to each recipient's home.

Do we get a quote and a professional invoice?
Yes. The quote details the products, discounts, options, transport, and conditions applicable to the project. The invoice, sent by email or in electronic format, reiterates the elements of the quote.
Are the jewels adjustable?
The cords are adjustable from 14 to 26 cm thanks to sliding knots, and the chains from 14 to 20 cm. Therefore, the same model suits all body types.
What are the URSSAF guidelines for a CSE gift?
In 2026, the tax exemption ceiling is €200 per beneficiary, assessed per recognized event and therefore cumulative over the year. Our jewelry is well below this. The situation must remain at the discretion of the CSE or the employer.
What are the tax implications for client gifts?
VAT is recoverable up to €73 including all taxes per beneficiary per year, packaging included. The gift must remain proportionate to the business relationship. Please confirm with your chartered accountant.
