General

Yes, thanks to sliding knots or an adjustable chain, the bracelets fit small wrists and therefore children. On request, we can enlarge or shrink a bracelet free of charge. Contact us with your order number and the desired diameter :)

We've tried to create jewelry that suits as many people as possible. Our bracelets are therefore adjustable. Chain bracelets are adjustable from 14 to 20 cm and cord bracelets from 14 to 26 cm (there may be a few millimeters' difference due to the width of the animal motif and the hand-cut). Bracelets can be shortened or lengthened on request. Contact us with your order number and the desired diameter :)

Our bracelets fit 95% of wrists. However, if this is not the case and you have not yet placed an order, you can contact us and ask us to adapt a bracelet to your desired diameter.
If you've already received it and it's too small, you can send it back to us to be adapted. To find out how to return it, please contact us.
If it's too big, you can either cut the adjustable chain or thread it through the clasp several times.

You can keep it in the shower, but we recommend avoiding seawater, shampoo, shower gel, perfume and hydroalcoholic gel for greater longevity. The gilding and silvering with varnish that we've chosen nevertheless ensures excellent durability over time.

Our Bracelets are made of pewter, 10 micron silver plated or 1 micron fine gold plated with cataphoresis varnish for durability. They are hypoallergenic, lead- and nickel-free.

Avoid prolonged contact with swimming pool and sea water, perfume or any other chemical product. Don't leave your jewelry in the dark for too long, wear it regularly and its shine should last. In case of slight loss of shine, apply a little toothpaste with a soft cloth: it will look like new again!

Made in France

We are a 100% French brand. Our jewelry is made (molding, casting, polishing and galvanizing) in a family-run workshop near Marseille, assembled by hand and shipped from our premises in Poitiers.

We have posted photos of the manufacturing process on our website in the Commitments tab. We also post a few production photos on our social networks, particularly in our Instagram stories and our TikTok @fauna.bijoux account.

Since May 2021, all our jewelry has been made in France. Molding, casting, polishing and galvanizing are all done in a family-run workshop near Marseille. Only the chain comes from Europe, as there are no longer any French chain manufacturers, but the galvanizing is done in France.
The jewels are then assembled by hand, packaged and shipped from our premises in Poitiers.

We add spirit animals 2 or 3 times a year, focusing on those on the brink of extinction to help them through our awareness and donations. If your spirit animal is not available, we suggest you fill in this questionnaire to help us choose the next additions!

In 2022, we donated over 5400€ to our partner associations. This is in addition to the €11,000 donated in previous years. We've posted proof of donations on our Instagram account, in the "DONATIONS" highlight.

We are committed to donating a portion of your purchases to associations working for endangered animals.
5% of profits are donated at the end of the year (between December 25 and 31).
If you don't like our jewelry, we invite you to make a donation directly to our partner associations via their websites.
In addition to these donations, we're trying to raise awareness of the animal cause in our community in a positive way. We'll be making animal reports for our partner associations.

At the end of the year, donations are divided equally between the 18 associations listed (one for each animal).

My order

It is possible that the order confirmation e-mail has arrived in your spam or recycle garbage can. We invite you to check. If, after checking, you cannot find the confirmation e-mail, please contact us at contact@fauna-protect.com so that we can send it to you.

Your order number was received in the confirmation e-mail just after your purchase (example: #F1942). If you did not receive it, please see the previous question.

To modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it by e-mail at contact@fauna-protect.com so that we can proceed with the modification. If your order is already in the shipping center, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the change.

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@fauna-protect.com so that we can cancel your order and refund your money. If your order is in the process of being shipped or has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. You will have to wait until you receive the package and return it to us for a refund.

On-site delivery and collection

Delivery costs €1.90 in France. Free for orders of 2 or more pieces. International delivery costs €3.90 and is free for orders of 2 or more pieces.

We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Orders placed before 2:30 pm are shipped the same day. Otherwise, they are shipped the next day. For high-volume orders, we may ship within 48 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, it takes between 2 and 5 days to receive your parcel in mainland France. For international deliveries or deliveries to French overseas departments and territories, please allow between 3 and 7 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. This will enable you to track your parcel on the La Poste website. Tracking may not be available until it reaches the delivery site, more info here.

Yes. We deliver worldwide except the UK due to Brexit. Delivery takes 3 to 7 days. It costs €3.90 and is free for orders of 2 or more pieces.

We offer on-site collection from our premises in Villefollet, near Poitiers. To do so, please select the "On-site pickup" option during checkout, and we'll let you know when your order is ready (usually within 1 hour), so you can come in Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. You can call us once you've picked up your order so that we can give it to you.

We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express) and Paypal. Payment is 100% secure and in euros.

We guarantee a response within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. We also reply at weekends, but there is no guarantee of response time. Our replies sometimes arrive in spam or the trash, please check.

Warranty

Sorry for the inconvenience. Despite our choice of quality materials, a piece of jewelry, especially a fine chain, can break if it is hung or pulled. We offer a 2-year guarantee covering breakage or oxidation with normal use. Within this period, we can offer you a free repair or replacement if repair is not possible. To return a product, please contact us at contact@fauna-protect.com or via the contact form.

Return and refund

Exchanging a Bracelet for another model from the same collection is free of charge within 30 days, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us and we'll let you know how.

We are sorry to hear that you do not wish to keep your Fauna jewelry. Please contact us and we'll let you know how to proceed, including the return address. Once we've received it, we'll proceed with the refund. Your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 days using the same payment method you used to place your order.
