Shipping policy
Delivery costs €1.90 in France and is free for orders of 2 or more pieces.
Shipping time is 12 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and peak periods).
International delivery costs €3.90 and is free for orders of 2 or more pieces.
It takes 3 to 7 working days.you will receive a tracking number enabling you to follow your order (tracking may only be available after 1 or 2 days, due to some late scans by La Poste).
To limit our carbon impact, we send jewelry by green letter (-30% CO2).
Return policy
We're sure you'll love our jewelry. But if you don't, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. We can offer you a free exchange (in France) or a refund.
Return conditions:
- The jewel is in the same condition as you received it: new.
- The packaging has been preserved and included in the return.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
If these conditions are met, a return for a free exchange or refund is eligible.
Return procedure:
Please inform us of your wish to return via the contact form or by email to contact@fauna-protect.com. In an environmentally-friendly approach, we invite you to reuse the original envelope.
In the case of a return for refund, you are responsible for the return postage costs (€1.56 by registered letter 20g in France). If it's for an exchange from France, we'll cover the cost by reimbursing you for the stamp upon presentation of the receipt. We can also provide you with a prepaid stamp. For international exchanges, you are responsible for the return postage. In both cases, the new jewel is sent to you free of charge.
Once we have received and analyzed the return, we will send you the new jewel if it's an exchange, or a refund if it's a return for reimbursement. The refund will appear on your bank statement within 5 to 10 days if you paid by credit card, or instantly if you paid by PayPal.
