General
Yes, the entire Fauna Kids range is suitable for children. Thanks to sliding knots or an adjustable chain, the bracelets adapt to small wrists and therefore to children. Upon request, we can enlarge or reduce the size of a bracelet free of charge. Contact us, specifying the desired diameter and your order number :)
We've tried to create jewelry that suits as many people as possible. Our bracelets are therefore adjustable. Chain bracelets are adjustable from 14 to 20 cm and those with cords from 14 to 26 cm (there may be a few millimeters difference due to the width of the animal print and hand-cutting). On request, we can shorten or lengthen a bracelet. Contact us, indicating your desired diameter and your order number :)
Our bracelets fit 95% of wrists. But if this is not your case and you have not yet placed an order, you can contact us to ask us to adapt a bracelet to the desired diameter.
If you have already received it and it is too small, you can send it back to us so we can adjust it. To find out how to return it, please contact us .
If it's too big, you can either cut the adjustable chain or loop it through the clasp multiple times.
You can therefore keep it in the shower but we recommend avoiding sea water, products such as shampoo, shower gel, perfume and hydroalcoholic gel for greater longevity. The gilding and silvering with varnish that we have chosen still allows excellent durability over time.

Our bracelets are made of pewter, silver plated 10 microns or gilded with fine gold 1 micron with a cataphoresis varnish for good durability. They are hypoallergenic, lead and nickel free.
Yes, both the chain and the cord are adjustable to fit most wrists. The chain is adjustable thanks to an extension, and the cord thanks to two sliding knots. If the bracelet doesn't fit, it can be returned for an exchange or refund. See the return policy .
Avoid prolonged contact with swimming pool and sea water, perfume or any other chemical product. Don't leave your jewelry in the dark for too long, wear it regularly and its shine should last. In case of slight loss of shine, apply a little toothpaste with a soft cloth: it will look like new again!
Made in France
We are a 100% French brand. Our jewelry is manufactured (molding, casting, polishing and galvanizing) in a family workshop near Marseille, assembled by hand and shipped from our premises in Niort.
We have posted photos of the manufacturing process on our website in the " Commitments" tab. We also post some photos of the production on our social media, especially in our Instagram stories and our TikTok account @fauna.bijoux.
Since May 2021, all our jewelry has been made in France. Molding, casting, polishing, and electroplating are done in a family workshop near Marseille. Only the chain comes from Europe because there are no more French chain manufacturers, but its electroplating is done in France.
The jewelry is then assembled by hand, packaged, and shipped from our premises in Veauche.
We try to limit our carbon footprint as much as possible: the pouch is made of organic cotton, the jewelry is placed on a seed card that you can plant to grow a flower. Zero waste! We send orders by green letter (30% less CO2 on transport).

We add totem animals 2 to 3 times a year, focusing on those that are endangered to help them through our awareness campaigns and donations. If your totem animal is not available, we invite you to fill out this questionnaire to help us choose the next new items!

In 2022, we donated more than €5,400 to our partner associations. This is in addition to the €11,000 donated in previous years. We have posted proof of the donations on our Instagram account, under the "DONATIONS" highlight.

We are committed to donating part of your purchases to associations working for endangered animals.
5% of the profits are therefore donated at the end of the year (between 25 and 31 December).
If you don't like our jewelry and for a greater impact, we invite you to make a donation directly to our partner associations on their website.
In addition to these donations, we try to sensitize our community in a positive way, to the animal cause. We will carry out animal reports with our partner associations.
When you unpack your product, a QR code will give you access to a form to choose which charity(ies) you would like to support. At the end of the year, we distribute the donations based on your choice and those of our other customers.

It is possible that the order confirmation email has arrived in your spam or trash. We therefore invite you to check. If after checking, you cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us at contact@fauna-protect.com so that we can resend it to you.
Your order number was received in the confirmation email just after your purchase (example: #F1942). If you haven't received it, please see the previous question.
To modify your order, please contact us quickly after placing it by email at contact@fauna-protect.com so that we can make the modification. If your order is already in the dispatch center, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the change.

If your order is in the process of being dispatched or has been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order. You will have to wait to receive the package and return it to us to be reimbursed.
Delivery and collection on site
Delivery costs €1.90 in France. It is offered from 2 jewels purchased. Internationally, it costs €3.90 and is free from 2 jewels.
We make every effort to send your order quickly. We dispatch orders the same day for those placed before 2:30 p.m. Otherwise, they are shipped the next day. In the event of a high volume of orders, it is possible that they will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, it takes between 2 and 5 days to receive your package in mainland France. Internationally or in the DOM TOM it takes between 3 and 7 days.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You will then be able to track your package on the La Poste website . Tracking may not be available until the package is at the distribution center; please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours.

Yes. We ship worldwide except UK due to Brexit. Delivery takes 3-7 days. It costs €3.90 and is free from 2 jewels purchased.
We comply with all regulations in each country to minimize the risk of customs fees. However, in some countries outside of Europe, there is a small probability (less than 5%) that customs fees will be applied. These potential fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer in-store pickup at our location in Niort. To do so, please select the "In-store pickup" option during checkout. We will inform you when your order is ready (generally within 1 hour), and you can come to pick it up Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. You can call us beforehand so we can have it ready for you.

We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express) as well as Paypal. Payment is 100% secure and is in euros.

Guarantee
We are sorry for this inconvenience. Despite using high-quality materials, jewelry, especially fine chains, can break if snagged or pulled. We offer a 2-year warranty covering breakage or oxidation with normal use. During this period, we can offer you a free repair or a replacement if repair is not possible. Return and refund
The exchange of a bracelet for another model from the same collection is free within 30 days, we cover the return costs. For this, contact us and we will inform you of the process.
We are sorry to hear that you do not wish to keep your Fauna jewel. To proceed with the return and refund, contact us and we will inform you of the procedure with the return address. Once received, we process the refund. It is effective within 5 to 10 days on the payment method used when ordering.
