Its name comes from a French derivative: choue. Owls mainly hunt small mammals, while some species specialize in fishing.

Son nom viendrait d’un dérivé français : choue. Les chouettes chassent principalement des petits mammifères, certaines espèces quant à elles se spécialisent dans la pêche.
La chouette est une grande chasseuse en raison de leur ouïe développée. La chouette possède des capacités extra-sensorielles. Sa tête peut même pivoter à 270° degrés.
Pourquoi cette espèce est en danger ?
